It's an instant mood booster
Skip your morning coffee and try a quickie instead. According to New York State University research, chemical's found in semen such as oxytocin, serotonin, and endorphins help give women's moods (and energy levels) a boost.
t's an immune booster too
A study by Wilkes University in Pensylvania states people having sex one to two times per week have three times as much of a major antibody in their system compared to those who have no or infrequent sex.
It may save you money on skincare products
That's right. No more buying your healthy, "natural" glow at the cosmetic counter. The increase in circulation, oxygen, and rush of feel-good chemicals released during sex help give your skin a healthy glow. Sadly, this effect is temporary. More of a reason to have more sex?
It helps enhance your performance
